About Do you want to spend a day learning from the experiences of a Deputy Commissioner and a CEO of a major company? Here is an opportunity for you by the Karnataka Skill Development Corporation. KSDC recognizes that our youth today would benefit from a thorough understanding of the career path to best realise their aspirations. On the occasion of the World Youth Skills Day-2022 celebrations, KSDC aims to facilitate a one-day interaction with a Deputy Commissioner, and an industrialist, which will help the winners gather insights into their careers. Eligibility Students currently studying (12th to Undergraduate level) should participate in a state-wide essay competition. The district-level winners of the essay competition (one winner in Kannada category and one winner in English category) will be given a one-day interaction opportunity with the Deputy Commissioner of their district. The runner-up candidates will be given an one day opportunity to interact with a reputed industrialist. Topics/ ವಿಷಯ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ: 8 ರಿಂದ 12 ನೇ ತರಗತಿ (ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಾಲೆ)/ ಐ.ಟಿ.ಐ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ: For 8th to 10th / ITI students:
- ಯುವಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ. / Importance of Skill Building in Youth.
- ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ. / Importance of Skill Development in Education.
- ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ – ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯದ ಅಂತರವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು / Industry Academia Convergence “Bridging the Skill Gap”.
- ಶಕ್ತಿಯುತ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಯುತ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಠಿವ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳು./ Ways to create skilled workforce for strong and sustainable growth.
